Delivery and Returns
All of our boxes are prepared to order and we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days. During busy periods, this might be slightly longer. We use Royal Mail post for delivery so your order should arrive within 1-2 business days after dispatch.
All bakes except large boxes fit through the letter box. If your order contains multiple quantities these will also be packed in a larger box that is not letter box friendly.
OUR RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
If you are unhappy with your order, you can return the box within 7 days of your purchase. After 7 days, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be uneaten and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original box.
Once your return has been received, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are eligible for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We aim to process all returns and refunds as soon as possible.
We only replace items if the wrong item has been shipped to you or if the item is not as described. If you require an exchange, please email email@example.com
Please note that you will be responsible for the payment of your own shipping costs for all returned items. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
